When is Summer Game Fest 2025: date and time and where to see all events and conferences
Geoff Keighley has everything ready for the video game party that will be held over several days. This year is very special, as it will start immediately after the launch of Nintendo Switch 2.
Summer is approaching, and every video game lover knows what that means:: a new edition of Geoff Keighley’s event, the Summer Game Fest 2025. Moreover, this time it is more special than ever, as it is the first time in history that it is accompanied by a new console, as Nintendo Switch 2 arrives in stores on Thursday, June 5, just 24 hours before the event. That means that beyond speculating on such powerful names as Hollow Knight: Silksong, Final Fantasy 9 Remake or Resident Evil 9 and the possibility of seeing titles arriving soon as Death Stranding 2, it is very likely that we will see announcements of new games for Switch 2, especially by thirds.
When is Summer Game Fest 2025?
The Summer Game Fest 2025 keynote will be held on Friday, June 6 at 5:00 pm ET. It is estimated that it will last two hours, as a different event will start shortly after. Times in the United States are as follows:
- 5:00 pm ET
- 4:00 pm CT
- 2:00 pm PT
When is Day of the Devs?
This event begins immediately following the end of the main Summer Game Fest conference on Friday, June 6 at 7:00 pm ET. Times in the United States are as follows:
- 7:00 pm ET
- 6:00 pm CT
- 4:00 pm PT
When is the Xbox Games Showcase 2025?
Xbox’s event at Summer Game Fest 2025 will be Sunday, June 8 at 1:00 pm ET. The duration is unknown, but in other occasions it has been around 90 minutes. Times in the United States are as follows:
- 1:00 pm ET
- 12:00 pm CT
- 10:00 pm PT
